Chapter Two JOE BY THE WAY THIS IS THE NIGHT BEFORE DEMIS "I must be paranoid I never thought it would come to this I'm paranoid" The sound of screaming girls filled my ears. "Thank you! Thank you! OHIO! You are great!" I said into the mic. They screamed some more. And some more. Some holding up posters saying ohhh marry me Joe or I love you nick. Or Ill be your guitar Kevin! Most of them were pathetic. I love my fans. But sometimes they are way to obsessive. Like when they try to rip my clothes off. I mean seriously that job is for one person and that person only. Taylor Swift. Even if Im still a virgin because of my parents. I sigh as we go under the stage to get ready for the meet and great. Ive been dating Taylor for about a year now. And the stalkers still dont know. Taylor and I have gone a long way. Many people know Taylor as a sweet little country music girl who writes songs about her exes. Well with me she is different. She is that but she is also sexy, awesome and everything I want in a girl. I see myself marrying her one day. as we make our way into the dressing rooms Taylor is waiting for me and Danielle is waiting for Kevin. I mean did you see her at the teen choice awards last year? Can you say SLUT. I laugh to myself. Taylor runs up to me and hugs me. I hug her back. And kiss her. 'hey joey" she says "hi baby" I said back and kiss her. "dont leave me for one of those girls you meet out there" she said which didnt set me back "what do you mean taylor?" I asked knowing what she meant. Taylor gets jealous very easily. "I want to be yours. I dont want you to just pick up and leave me" she said hugging me. I hugged her back then looked over nick and miley were sucking faces. It is so gross. "Guys its time to go out" my dad said to us. "okay dad, bye baby" I kissed her and walked out. Kevin and Nick Followed. When we got out from under the curtain a bunch of girls started screaming. I have to admit it hurt my ears but I mean they got us where we are now. I sat down. One by one hot girls came up asking for hugs and signatures. I gave It to them. Man I love meet and greets. Hot girls. Relaxing its all good. I mean I love taylor but maybe she isnt the one for me. I dont know. Im only 20 years old. When we got back to the hotel I went to my own private room. It was good to be home. Or in a hotel room. Everyone said goodnight so I was all alone. Taylor, Dani and Miley had all come on tour with us and had rooms too. I was about to go to bed when I heard a knock on the door. I opened it and there was taylor in a silky robe. "Hey Baby" I said and let her in "hey hun I have a present for you." She said and pushed me into the chair. She took off her robe and under it was some pretty nice Lingerie. She sat on my lap and kissed me. Oh man. I felt something on my leg. It couldnt be. Ah. What do I do? I cant have her. My parents and I want to follow I want to be a virgin until im married. Thats when I did something I never thought I would do. I pushed taylor off of me. I got up and walked away. "WHAT WAS THAT?" I said to her angry "you know you liked it" she said "NO TAYLOR YOU DO THIS TO ME ALL THE TIME" I yelled "HOW COME WE HAVE BEEN TOGETHER FOR A YEAR AND ALL WE DO IS MAKE OUT?" she yelled back "YOU KNOW MY PROMISE. WHY CANT YOU RESPECT IT?!" I yelled. There was a knock on the door. I told taylor to hide in the bathroom since she wasnt aloud in my room plus she was in her underwear. I opened the door it was my mom "hi sweetie, is everything okay?" I heard yelling she said softly "yes everything is fine mom whats up?" I asked "so you know the tour is ending soon" she said "yes.. go on?" I said "I want you to meet my friend her daughter is a big fan. She lives right here in ohio. Only 30 minutes away. they couldnt afford a concert ticket for her daughter Selena because she is dealing with Brain Cancer. Her girls work two jobs each. Could you do this for me? " I felt my heart break. I looked at my mom. She was serious this poor girl and her sister. There mother suffering. Of course I would. "yes I will what about nick and kev?" "They cant go. Its only you. The mom doesnt want selena to faint." She said with a little laughter. I just stared. Yes I will do it. "thanks hunny. Good night" she said kissing me on the cheek. oh, and "goodnight taylor" she said to the bathroom door. Little did I know that my life would be forever changed tomorrow. For worse and better.
