Apr 15, 2012 - Yes. That's a standard 12bar blues in the key of E, and the lick/run Marty is showing is in the E minor pentatonic scale. You could also play the same lick over a 12bar blues in the key of G because the E minor is the relative minor of G major, though the blues note in the E minor scale might not fit so well over G.
