He's not afraid to protect his friends, and when he finds out who he really is, and what will happen if the actually do the right thing, he still continues on in that way of thinking. He has the courage to do what's right even when it will hurt him in the making. Wouldn't you call that strength?

May 24, 2012 - I do love FF8 too, in my opinion it's a tie between VIII and X. But it's no use fighting over something like this. Everyone can have their personal reasons about his favorite. For me, I love X the most because it was the reason I got PS2 and the first RPG I played in that console.

May 24, 2012 - There are a lot of characters who are not macho man, but they're far away from Tidus. Cloud suffered a lot when aeris died, Yitan was no Macho man, and I have plenty of anime references, but I don't know if you know them =S Like Natsu, Ichigo, Byakuya, Erza, and a lot more.
