UK #1 single in 1961 from session musician Floyd Cramer who played piano for stars such as Elvis Presley, Brenda Lee, Patsy Cline, The Browns, George Strait, Jim Reeves, Eddy Arnold, Roy Orbison, Don Gibson, and the Everly Brothers, among others. It's Cramer's piano, for instance, on Presley's first national hit, "Heartbreak Hotel." However, Cramer remained strictly a session player, a virtual unknown to anyone outside the music industry.

cbak12sg Says:
Aug 15, 2011 - @MePJtheDJ To those of us who grew up the 60s those black labels with the silver lettering and logos are iconic (RCA, Parlophone/Columbia from c 1962, Stateside, Tamla Motown, and most of all, London American).
