May 23, 2012 - Just onto my third day of doing this in the moring followed by my usual weights and rowing in the evening and let me tell ya I've not felt this hammered from training in a long time. each day its getting harder to complete without resting. Gotta make sure you've got great nutrition coming in and plenty of sleep at night if you plan to do anything similar...

May 23, 2012 - The fact that you need to post your link on someone else's video tells me that: 1. you don't have respect. 2. you don't know how to tag your videos so that when people type "ripped abs" and such it comes up on the list of videos. 3. your ch. prob doesn't have much traffic to stoop to something as low as trying to take someone else's viewers. Please note, tho this is a video for burning fat, Mike also has ones for getting "ripped" you should check them out.

May 23, 2012 - you'll probably get some results. i'm no expert, but from what i know, if you continually do the same exercises your body will get used to them, and even if you increase the number of sets/reps your body will reach a point where it won't get a whole lot stronger. ideally, you want to change up your exercises as often as possible to trick your body, therefore getting the best results.

May 24, 2012 - Yeah on the elbow it will use the shoulders most and straight arms will hit the triceps mostly but the shoulders will be used to stability. Either way you look at it you wont hit the arm/shoulder muscles much really. if you want to hit the shoulder and arms more swap out the planks for press ups (30 seconds of press ups will be killer though)
